DELIVERY OF GOODS.
Cut off time for same day DPD courier despatch is 12.00pm and shipped on a next working day service.
Back ordered items will be notified and despatched as soon as stock becomes available.
Invoicing shall be carried out in accordance with current UK VAT legislation.
CARRIAGE COSTS.
UK mainland carriage is charged at £15 (net) per order or a 48 Hour Palletline service, dependent on order volume.
Highlands, Islands & NI is charged at £25 (net) per order, shipped on a 48-hour DPD courier service.
For Lifestyle & Gift customers, carriage is paid on orders over £400 net.
Orders from other territories are welcome, with carriage rates and carriage options quoted per order. Selected brands available for export are also advertised via the FAIRE & Ankorstore platforms. Email: lifestyle@dynamic-distribution.net for further details.
All goods are supplied on a firm sale basis and prohibited for sale via third-party platforms, pop-up shops or to alternative trading names without written permission from Dynamic Distribution.
RECEIPT OF GOODS.
Customers are advised to check deliveries against the delivery note supplied, rather than their original Purchase Order as availability may differ according to availability.
Notification of any delivery discrepancies / damages on arrival must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Email: sales@dynamic-distribution.net providing your delivery note number, details of the discrepancy / damage and relevant supporting images, including any outer carton damages.
